We can scan the following:

35mm/APS slides and negatives can be scanned at 4000 Pixels Per Inch producing images of unbelievable clarity and detail. The output photo is equivalent to that taken by a 22 megapixel camera!

Medium and large format transparency scanning results in incredible clarity and detail.

Our print scanning service will scan your 4x6 to 8x12 prints at 300 DPI to generate digital images that are approximately 1800x1200 pixels or greater. We can scan at other resolutions on request. See our FAQ for more details on image sizes and file sizes.

Scanning includes

• CD or DVD which includes all files
• Original high resolution scans with manual colour/brightness/contrast correction and Digital ICE dust and scratch removal. Each slide is scanned for preview and adjusted prior to the high resolution scan.
• Colour, brightness and contrast adjusted images - we take of copy of the original scans and further enhance with professional photography software. For prints and B&W negatives we also apply a dust and scratch removal filters.

Optional extras

• DVD slideshow to display photos on your TV - great way to share! You can even pick your own music.
• Get an extra CD or DVD or two with the image files so you can send to friends or family.
• High quality prints and enlargements. Our partner lab uses FujiFilm Crystal Archive paper to provide vibrant long lasting prints.
